摘要
以西北有色金属研究院难熔金属研究所的20 kW电子束单晶熔炉改造项目为研究对象,对原来高压电源系统进行了改进,采用模糊PID控制高压电源,并且使用Matlab进行仿真,仿真效果良好,现场应用表明完全达到工程的实际要求。
Based on the 20 kW electron beam single crystalloid furnace (Hard Melt Institute,Northwest Institute for Non-ferrous Metal Research),the former high voltage electrical source was improved.The high voltage electrical source was controlled by fuzzy PID and simulated by Matlab, its result is good.The application of spot shows that the design completely achieves engineering requirement.
