两种方法矫治乳前牙反疗效的比较

摘要 目的比较两种方法矫治乳前牙反的疗效。方法将40例患者随机分为两组,实验组先戴用下颌斜面导板,待前牙反全部解除后改用上颌垫活动矫治器;对照组使用传统的上颌垫活动矫治器。结果两组平均治愈时间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论分步矫治法可以在较短时间内取得较满意的矫治效果,乳前牙反的矫治对于预防恒牙再度出现反有重要的临床意义。
