摘要
介绍了40Gb/s波导型PIN光探测器(40Gb/sWG-PIN-PD)和共面波导结构,估算了40Gb/s波导型光探测器的光信号响应时间和光传输速度;指出了光探测器、共面波导中心线条宽度及间隙各为6μm时,可实现光、电传播速度接近匹配。
This paper presents the structures of 40Gb/s wave-guide type PIN photo-detectors and coplanar wave-guide., The response time of The photodetectors and the optical signal propagation velocity have been cal- culated .they have pointed out to that, approximately match of the propagation velocity for optical and electri- cal signals may be realization when the center line width and its clearance width of 40Gb/s WG-PIN-PD and coplanar waveguides are all 6 micrometers.
