摘要
以硝酸氧锆(zrO(NO3)2·2H2O)为起始原料,采用醇-水溶液加热法结合超临界流体干燥制备了ZrO2气凝胶,通过XRD、TEM、BET等手段考察了制备条件及焙烧温度对所得ZrO2气凝胶织构、结构的影响.结果表明:醇-水比例、锆盐浓度、陈化时间等制备条件对ZrO2气凝胶织构、结构有较大的影响;醇.水体积比为4:1、锆盐浓度为0.2mol/L、陈化5h制得的ZrO2气凝胶的比表面积达668.2m^2/g;在焙烧温度为400-700℃的温度范围,呈单一稳定四方晶相结构.
ZrO2 aerogel were prepared from ZrO( NO3 )2· 2H2O by heating of alcohol-aqueous salt solution and supercritical fluid drying technique. The aerogel was characterized by XRD, TEM and BET. The results indicate that the volume ratio of alcohol to water (R/H), the concentration of the zirconium salt and aging time have significant effect on texture and structure of the ZrO2aerogel. At optimum preparation conditions (R/H 4, zirconium salt concentration 0.2 tool/L, aging 5 hour), SBET of ZrO2 aerogel can reach 668.2 m2/g, and the crystal structure of ZrO2 is always tetragonal in the calcining temperature range of 400℃ to 700℃.
