摘要
目前,高校毕业生就业形势越来越严峻,而高职学生就业观念中还存在就业期望值偏高、一次性就业和职业终身制观念仍比较突出、自主意识匮乏等诸多问题,这是他们就业难上加难的重要原因。本文针对这些问题进行了相应的探讨。
