摘要
汽车同步器齿套的倒锥部分是一个比较难以加工的表面。在分析传统加工缺陷的基础上,在专用的摆线数控机床上,从功能和结构上设计了加工倒锥部位的刀具。通过有限元对其进行强度、刚度及动力学模态的分析,并以此进行了优化设计。
The surface of back taper part located in automotive synchronizer of a car is diffcuh to machine.Based on the analysis of the defect of traditional machining,a back taper machining cutter has been designed according to functional and structure requirement to be fixed on a special purpose cycloidal numerical control machine tool.By FEM analysis for its intensity,rigidity and kinetics model,it has been optimized,practice shows that it is a successful design.
