摘要 磨削淬火技术利用磨削热对工件表面进行热处理,使工件表层发生马氏体相变,达到与表面强化处理一样的性能。本文对磨削淬火技术的研究现状进行了总结,针对目前研究中存在的问题,提出了磨削淬火技术研究的发展方向。 The Grind-harding technology means the heat flux generated in grinding is utilized to induce martensitic phase transformation in the surface layers of components, by which the same surface performance of the component could be achieved as using other surface strengthening processes. The research status of Grind-harding technology is summarized, and the developing trend in studying of Grind-harding technology is presented against the problems in the state of the research.
