摘要
以对甲氧基苯胺为原料,用冰醋酸和醋酸酐作乙酰化剂,经乙酰化、浓硝酸硝化、铁粉还原合成了3-氨基-4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺.还原温度96±2℃,还原液pH为5.1~6.0,产品收率72.23%.用铁泥和废硫酸制备硫酸亚铁,使工业废物变为有用的工业原料,对保护生态环境、减轻污染起到了积极的作用.
3- Amino -4- methoxyl ace laniline with acetic acid and acetic anhyd tylaniline was synthesized by the acetylization of p - methoxyride, then nitration and reduction. Reduction temperature was (96 ± 2)12, pH was 5.1- 6.0. The yield of product was 72.23 %. By taking waste sulfuric acid and iron mud as raw material, ferrous sulfate has been produced, tn this way, not only the industrial waste can be effectively converted into useful material, but also the environment can be well protected and pollution reduced.
