摘要
以Ti(SO4)2为原料、氨水为沉淀剂,采用水解沉淀法制备了纳米TiO2粉末,并研究了粉料的特征及光催化性能。结果表明:反应温度为60℃、反应时间为3 h、500℃煅烧4 h的条件下可制备纳米级的TiO2粉末,平均粒径为68 nm;在CODCr为402 mg.L-1的100 mL制胶废水中加入0.35 g TiO2粉末,pH值为5时充分曝气,紫外灯照射降解120 min,CODCr去除率达到81.2%。
Nanometer al and ammonia water as TiO2 powder is prepared by hydrolysis precipitation method,with Ti(SO4)2 as materi- precipitant, whose characters and catalytic performance are investigated as well. The results showed that nanometer TiO2 with average diameter 68 nm can be obtained by reaction at 60℃ for 3 h and calcination at 500℃. For 100 mL wastewater with concentration of CODcr 402 mg · L ^-1 ,when the amount of TiO2 was 3.5 g and pH value was 5,the removal rate of CODc, could be up 81.2% after lighted by uhroviolet lamp for 120 min with enough aeration.
