摘要
论述了影响催化裂化装置旋风分离器性能的主要因素,分析了旋风分离器各相关结构、尺寸与效率、压力降的关系;着重介绍了设计高效旋风分离器的优化方法,以及延长旋风分离器使用寿命的措施。
The main factors affecting the performances of FCCU cyclone are described. The relations of cyclone construction and associated dimensions with separation efficiency and pressure drop are analyzed. The optimized design of high-efficiency cyclone is highlighted and effective measures for extending cyclone service life are proposed.
