摘要
经济一体化已成为当前全球经济发展的大趋势。在中国华南地区,港资北移推动了粤港经济垂直一体化,也造成了香港制造业空心化和粤港产业同构化。随着香港传统劳动密集型产业转移接近尾声,两地经济垂直一体化的动力正在消退。通过资本流动的视角,指出要构建新的投资合作平台,为科技开发、传统产业技术改造和共同发展高新技术产业等提供资金支持,共同推动粤港经济进入水平一体化的投资合作发展新阶段。
Economic integration has become the main trend of the present global economic development. In south China, investment shifts northward, which expedites Guangdong- Hong Kong economic integration, but slackens Hong Kong＇ s manufacturing industry and keeps industrial structure unbalanced. With Hong Kong＇ s traditional concentrated workforce industry coming to an end, the driving force to integrate Guangdong- Hong Kong economy is getting slack. On the basis of capital circulation, the article proposes a new investment cooperation terrace be set up to supply financial support for science and technology development, traditional industry technology reform and the mutual development of high -tech industry with the view to pushing forward Guangdong - Hong Kong economy to integrated investment cooperation.
