摘要
采用微波消解样品,氢化物原子吸收法测定砷含量。方法检出限为0.036μg/kg,变异系数RSD=5.48%,回收率为90%~101%。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可作为药用真菌巨大口蘑中微量砷的测定方法。
Hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine arsenic by microwave digesting sample. The detection limit of the method was 0.036μg/kg, RSD = 5.48 %, the recovery was in the range of 90 %-101%. The method is simple, rapid and with high sensitivity, and can be applied for the determination of trace amounts arsenic in Tricholoma giganteum.
