摘要
在分析核心竞争力内涵、结构和作用机理的基础上,阐明了企业文化在核心竞争力培育中的重要作用,构建了企业核心竞争力的培育途径,运用TOC理论对培育路径进行了分析,以期为企业核心竞争力的培育提供更具操作性的指导。
Cultivating the core competence of a corporate business lies on many facts,but corporate culture has a special effect. Based on knowing meaning,configuration and theory of the core competence,this paper illustrates corporate culture's important function of cultivation ,designs cultivating way of the core competence of corporation,and employs TOC to analyze cultivating way,which hope to offer a manipulative scheme to cultivation of the core competence.
