摘要
为满足客户直流接触器的使用要求,对比了几种AgCuO的生产工艺。采用传统的粉末冶金工艺开发出高氧化物含量的AgCuO15触点,并从物理机械性能、金相组织和电气性能方面进行了比较分析。结果表明:粉末冶金工艺的AgCuO15触点材料综合性能优越,能满足客户的要求,是一种良好的环保型触点材料。
To meet the requirement of DC contactor, compared several manufacturing methods of silver copper oxide material, the AgCuO15 contact material was developed by traditional P/M manufacturing method. Compared its properties of fabricating characteristic, mechanical and physical performances, microstructure and electrical behaviors with that of other materials. The result shows the AgCuO15 material made by P/M method has excellent properties and could meet the customers' requirement and is a kind of environmerit-protective contact material.
