摘要
研究了用液膜法从黄连水浸液中提取黄连素时,母液的pH值、膜内的盐酸浓度及膜中Span-80用量对盐酸小檗碱得率的影响,并建立了比较满意的实验条件.
In this paper, the pH of the immerses liquid, the concentration of hydrochloric acid and the dosage of Span-80 in the theca for extracting rate of berberine hydrochloride was studied, And the relatively satisfactory experiment condition was created.
