摘要
采用紫外比色法分别测定了用乙醇法、乙醇-乙酸法和混合溶剂法提取的马铃薯中龙葵素的提取率、回收率,结果表明乙醇-乙酸法的提取率和回收率最高,分别为100%和94.3%.用液质联用分析法分别对用乙醇法、乙醇-乙酸法和混合溶剂法提取的龙葵素进行了定量测定.结果表明乙醇-乙酸法是提取龙葵素的最佳方法.
Using UV-coiorimetry, extraction ratio and recovery ratio of solanine by way of ethyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol coupled with acetic acid and another mixed solvent from potato were determined, which were 100% and 94.3% respectively. Meanwhile, quantitative LC/MS determination of solanine were performed on these three extraction methods, which confirmed that ethyl alcohol coupled with acetic acid was the most efficient solvent for solanine extraction.
