摘要
应用相转移催化法合成扁桃酸,同时采用正交设计法来探讨反应条件,如反应温度、反应时间、碱的浓度、催化剂种类对产率的影响.并从理论上解释了反应条件对产物产率的影响.
Mandelic acid was synthesized through the method of the phase transfer catalysis. The reaction conditions were studied using orthogonal design. The influence of the reaction temperature, the reaction time, alkali density and the catalyst type on the product yield was studied and the theoretical explanation was also discussed.
