由氢键构筑的钴(Ⅲ)配位超分子的合成、晶体结构及光电性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用水热合成方法,合成了一种Co(Ⅲ)配合物{[Co(Hbtec)(phen)(H2O)3]·H2O},其结构经单晶X-射线衍射测定.结枷分析表明化合物晶体中存在着丰富的氧键,从而将化合物分子网联成了配位超分子.采用表面光电压及场诱导表面光电压技术研究了配合物的光伏性能.结果表明。该化合物在300~800nm范围内有较强的光伏响应,且呈现出P型半导体的特征.此外,讨论了化合物的反应历程及UV—VIS—NIR及FT—IR光谱. A complex {[Co (Hbtec) (phen) (H2O)3 ] (H2O) } has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and the structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The analysis of structure shows that the complex is a 3D coordination supramolecule constructed by various hydrogen bonds. The photoelectric transfer property was investigated by surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and field-induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy (FISPS) techniques, and the result reveals that the complex exhibits stronger surface photovoltage (SPV) response in the range of 300~800 nm, and possesses the characteristic of p-type semiconductor. In addition, we tentatively discussed the reaction procedure and the soectroscopies of UV- VIS- NIP and FT- IR.
