摘要
以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、聚酯多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯等为主要原料合成了一种适于超纤软质基布用的聚氨酯(SKD-04型)树脂,对合成产品进行了傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)分析、差热扫描量热(DSC)分析及其相关性能和应用性能的分析。结果表明:SKD-04型树脂稳定且粘度和固含量等符合加工参数,与非织造布有良好的复合性,具备适当的凝胶速度、优良的成皮性、抗反卷性和较小的收缩率,其成膜柔软弹性好,干膜耐水解及耐碱优良;聚氨酯树脂基布拉伸负荷、撕裂负荷、剥离强度均达到了产品要求,且基布耐碱强力保留率在85%左右。
Polytetra methylene glycol (PTMG), polyester polyol and diphenylmethane-4,4/- diisocyanate used as main materials, a kind of copolymerization polyurethane resin, which is used in the micro fiber synthetic leather, was synthesized. The product, its relative properties and its applied properties were analyzed by FT-IR and DSC, etc. The results showed that the resin was stable, whose viscosity and solid content conformed to the processing parameters, which had good compound property with non-woven fabrics, which had suitable gel speed, good forming leather property, resistance to reversion and smaller shrinkage ratio, whose film is soft, whose elasticity is good, whose hay film has excellent resistance to hydrolysis and resistance to alkali. The polyurethane resin base stretched load, torn load and stripped intensity achieve the product request, and retention rate of base resistance to the alkali force was about 85 %.
