新辅助化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌65例 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨新辅助化疗在治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的应用价值。方法经病理检查确诊的65例Ⅲ期初治NSCLC患者,于手术前随机分成两组,即新辅助化疗+手术治疗组(试验组)30例和单纯手术组(对照组)35例,观察新辅助化疗对肿瘤患者的缓解率和毒副反应,对比手术治疗后两组的远期疗效。结果试验组化疗总有效率为73.33%,化疗反应患者可耐受。试验组手术切除率89.66%,对照组为80.00%,试验组与对照组3,5年生存率分别为66.67%,36.67%和40.00%,14.29%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对Ⅲ期NSCLC先进行新辅助化疗,再行手术治疗,可以提高疗效。
