摘要
脱水菜企业普遍使用风机顶置逆流隧道式干燥设施,其热效率较低,仅有40%。通过对各生产环节热损失分析后,新设计的风机直对逆流和混流两种隧道干燥设施热效率分别达到58%和68%。文中提供了已做和进一步可做的提高热效率的方法。
Top-mounted-fan adverse current tunnel dry facilities are widely used as the common way to dehydrate vegetables. However, its thermal efficiency is only 40%. By the analysis of energy loss on every production chain, two new tunnel dry facilities were designed . One was direct blowing adverse current tunnel dry facilities and the other was mixed flow tunnel dry facilities. Their thermal efficiency can come up to 58% and 68%, respectively. Several ways of raising thermal efficiency were also provided.
