摘要
利用Deform软件,对液压锁缸体的成形过程进行模拟,研究变形过程中的金属流动速度场与应力应变情况,分析了挤压过程的压力行程曲线,为工艺改进和优化模具设计提供理论依据。总结出液压锁缸体挤压变形过程规律,并与相关工艺试验结果进行了对比。
This paper utilizes the deform-3d to simulate extrusion process for cylinder of hydraulic pressure lock. It studies the dummy velocity field of the forming metal and describes the stress and strain of metal. It also analyses the loading curve in deforming process. The purpose of the study is to reveal the forming regulation that contributes to the improvement of design. Related experiments are also given in this paper.
