多平面食管超声心动图测量房间隔缺损对选择封堵器可靠性的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的直接依据多平面食管超声心动图(MTEE)测值选择房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵器、引导微创ASD封堵,探讨MTEE所测ASD最大径选择封堵器的可靠性。方法10例患者均用经胸超声心动图(TTE)、MTEE观测ASD,依据测值选择封堵器型号,MTEE实时动态引导下经胸微创封堵ASD。结果10例全部封堵成功,无一例失败;TTE和MTEE测量ASD的最大径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与房间隔缺损封堵器直径呈正相关(r=0.87,0.96,P<0.01),MTEE测值相关性更好。结论应用MTEE进行全程动态指导经胸微创ASD封堵有效、安全、可靠。直接依据MTEE测值选择封堵器是可行的。
