摘要
鳍片管传热性能分析对各种换热元件的设计有着重要意义,目前工业应用中大多基于设计经验。本文利用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0的APDL语言编写仿真程序,对雷诺数在6400左右的电站锅炉环形鳍片管单管换热过程进行数值分析,得到平均换热系数。并详细分析了不同的鳍片管结构尺寸和不同工况对传热特性的影响规律。为电站锅炉环形鳍片管的结构设计与优化提供参考。
The heat-transfer-characteristic analysis of finned tube is greatly significant for the design of exchanger, which at present, in industrial application, is mostly based on experience. This paper simulated the whole process of heat transfer by using programmable language "APDL" of ANSYS 10.0. The average heat transfer coefficient is presented under the range of Re number around 6400. And this paper analyzed the influence rule from different structures and working conditions in detail. It could gives reference to structure design and optimization.
