摘要
采用金属原位分析仪对不锈钢样品中成分进行分析时,基体含量对测定产生影响,为此提出了基体校正数学模型。以含量比为横坐标、强度比为纵坐标绘制工作曲线,运用该工作曲线对实际不锈钢样品中镍和铬进行分析,以验证基体校正模型的正确性。结果表明,基体校正后工作曲线线性得到了改善,样品的测试结果偏差显著减小。
The matrix has influence on the analysis of components in stainless steel samples by original position statistic distribution analyzer,therefore, a mathematic correction model was established for the correction of matrix effect. Calibration curve with intensity ratio as horizontal ordinate and content ratio as vertical ordinate was plotted. The mathematic correction model was verified by the determination results of nickel and chromium in stainless steel samples, which were calibrated by the calibration curve. It shows that the linearity of calibration curve was improved and the deviation of test results was reduced remarkably.
