摘要
研究了在硫酸介质中,利用铬(Ⅵ)催化过氧化氢氧化乙基紫的褪色反应,建立了催化光度法测定痕量铬的新方法。方法线性范围为0.05-0.60 mg/L,检出限为1.02×10-4mg/L,对2μg铬(Ⅵ)标准溶液平行测定10次,相对标准偏差为1.11%。在氟化钠及硫脲存在下,多数常见离子不干扰测定,方法可直接用于废水及钢样中铬(Ⅵ)的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅵ) is developed, based on the catalytic effect of chromium(Ⅵ) on the oxidation reaction between hydrogen peroxide and ethyl violet in the medium of sulfuric acid. The linear range is 0.05 - 0.60 mg/L for chromium(VD and the detection limit is 1.02 × 10^-4 mg/L. The RSD of the method is 1.11% for determination of 2 μg Cr(Ⅵ) (n = 10). In the presence of sodium fluoride and thiourea, most of common ions don't interfere in the determination of chromium(Ⅵ). The proposed method has been used for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅵ)in waste water and steel samples with satisfactory results.
