摘要 该文介绍了轮胎压力监测系统发射模块的硬件组成及软件设计方法。采用了基于MEMS技术的硅压阻式压力传感器SP12作为轮胎压力的检测单元,PIC16F628A作为信号控制处理与发射单元。射频发射芯片采用集成了锁相环合成器及高功放的TDK5110F。该系统可随时测定每个轮胎内部的实际温度、压力值,及时报警,有效避免事故的发生。 A transmit module of tire pressure monitoring system is designed. The hardware and software are given. A silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor based on MEMS technology SP12 is applied to be a unit in the tire pressure monitoring. Single- chip microcomputer PIC16F628A is used to be the signal processing and transmission controlling unit. The TDK5110F which contains a fully integrated PLL synthesizer and a high efficiency power amplifier is a single chip transmitter. The module can monitor air pressure and temperature inside the tires and give off alarm properly, it helps a driver to avoid an accident.
