摘要
以廉价的煤制气副产半焦为载体,经改性后在固定床进行FCC汽油吸附脱硫实验,考察了活化因素、氧化物负载种类及负载量、床层温度、空速等对脱硫效果的影响,得出最佳脱硫工艺条件。经过改性后的活性半焦,用于汽油脱硫具有很好的效果,对于苯并噻吩(BT)脱除的效果尤为明显。
Semi-coke,the cheap by-product of coal gasification,was used as a sorbent for adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline. The performance of adsorptive sulfur removal of modified semi-cokes was investigated on fixed bed reactor. The effects on desulphurization, such as of activation methods, amount of metal impregnated, adsorption temperature, space velocity et al, were analyzed and the optimal process of sulfur removal were gained. The results show that the modified semi-cokes exhibits a desirable behavior on sulfur removal from FCC gasoline, and it has a magnificent effect on removing benzothiophenes (BT).
