摘要
针对技术评价问题,在12个评价要素及其多元化含义分析基础上概化了评价要素的基本元素,这些基本元素可看作属性,而将属性处理规则看作操作方法,这些特点具有对象特征,可使用面向对象技术抽象描述各类评价要素并形成类库,最终通过消息通讯的集成机制建立评价体系。该研究为评价方案工程化设计打下了基础,与其他知识库合并在一起,便可实现评价行为的决策支持功能。
Aimed at technology assessment, 12 elements and those meanings were analyzed,the basic factors of assessment elements were also generalized. These basic factors can be considered with attributes, and regarded the rules of dealing with the attributes of as the methods of operation, these features are characteristics of the object which can be used to describe all kinds of assessment element and form class database, and established evaluation system by integrated mechanism of information communication. The study laid the foundation for project design, it combined with other knowledgebase can achieve evaluation acts decision support functions.
