摘要
目的建立控制松香质量的方法。方法采用GC，色谱柱为SE-54（30mm×0．32mm），柱温80～250℃。结果马尾松松香应不含湿地松酸，山达海松酸的含量不高于2．5％。结论本方法灵敏准确，可应用于松香产品的质量检测。
Objective To establish a GC method for measuring organic acid in Rosin. Methods The separation was performed on SE- 54（30 m × 0.32 mm） column with the column temperature at 80 - 250 ℃. Results Rosin doesn contain communic acid and sandarapimaric acid not more than 2.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Rosin.
