摘要
目的建立控制松香质量的方法。方法采用GC,色谱柱为SE-54(30mm×0.32mm),柱温80~250℃。结果马尾松松香应不含湿地松酸,山达海松酸的含量不高于2.5%。结论本方法灵敏准确,可应用于松香产品的质量检测。
Objective To establish a GC method for measuring organic acid in Rosin. Methods The separation was performed on SE- 54(30 m × 0.32 mm) column with the column temperature at 80 - 250 ℃. Results Rosin doesn contain communic acid and sandarapimaric acid not more than 2.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Rosin.
