摘要
根据新世纪人才结构和创新教育理论及高校体育教育功能的特性,阐述了高校体育教育的内涵,分析了影响高校体育创新教育的主要因素,从4个方面论述了高校体育教育创新人才培养的方法。
This paper analyzes the connotation of college physical education and the factors influencing the innovative education of college sports on the basis of talent structure, innovative education theory and university physical education. Ways of cultivating the college sports innovative talents are provided.
