摘要
集气管压力的稳定影响焦炭的质量和焦炉的寿命,通过分析焦炉集气管压力影响因素以及结合湘钢焦化厂焦炉的实际情况,采用PID控制、专家系统来进行集气管压力的控制。应用结果表明,集气管压力系统的抗干扰能力得以提高,其波动现象得到有效控制。
The stabilization of the gas collector pressure has great influence on the quality of coke and the life-span of coke oven. The PID control and expert system control algorithms are proposed, according to analysis of the influence factors for gas Collector pressure of coke oven and the aetual conditions of the Coking plant, Xiantan iron and steel company. The application indicates that the ability greatly and the phenomenon of fluctuating pressure is controlled effectively.
