摘要
振动是往复式压缩机系统的一种常见故障,文章系统地介绍了其振动的产生、作用机理,以及分析计算方法。通过对MW-186-X型往复式压缩机振动的多次测试和分析、处理,排除了机组本身可能引起振动的各种机械故障,认为引起机组振动的原因是管系气流脉动和机械振动。针对振动的原因,将一级进、排气管线原有的支承改用管卡固定,拆除多余的阀门,机组至今运行良好。
Vibration is a frequent trouble of reciprocating compressor. This article systematically presents the vibration generation, action mechanism and anacom method. By multi -test, analysis on the vibration of MW-186 -X type of reciprocating compressor recognized that the vibration was not caused by the machine itself, it was caused by airflow pulsation in tube system and mechanical vibration. According to this reason, the tube clips were used instead of origin support s to the first stage of steam inlet pipe and unwanted valves were removed, which ensured the machine train in constant well running.
