摘要
黄埔发电厂原有化学水处理水平较低,加之近年来水体污染严重,致使除盐离子交换设备运行一直处于被动紧张状态。为达到目前电厂锅炉用水水质和流量的要求,决定对原有水处理系统进行改造。文章介绍了黄埔发电厂采用超滤和反渗透的处理工艺对原除盐系统进行技术改造的情况,其中包括改造方案的确定和系统工艺设计中的技术关键。该改造方案与工艺的研究与实施解决了电厂制水、供水紧张的现象。并为解决电厂水质差的问题开辟了一条合理途径,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益,可为类似系统的改造提供参考。
In order to reach the need of both quality and flux in the present boiler water, some reconstructions are carried out in the existent water treatment system. The technieal retrofit of original water-demineralizing system by usinguhrafiltration and reverse osmosis disposal process in Huangpu Power Plant has been deseribed, including reconstructing scheme and techniques design. It has resolved the uptight phenomenon of power plant desalting water production and supply and open up a reasonable way to solve water quality poor of power plant problem.
