机床工作台的运行稳定性与解决办法

摘要 机床液压系统受液压油的粘度、系统的泄漏、节流阀与停留阀等的磨损或调节不当、导轨润滑不良等因素影响,导致工作台在换向时停留时间不稳定、无停留时却出现瞬时停留、周期进给时大时小等现象,影响被加工零件质量的提高。因此,应及时根据影响稳定的情况,对系统进行必要的调整和维修,以保证机床工作台的正常运行。 In the hydraulic system of the machine tool, during the direction - changing process of the workbench, some factors, such as the densiy of the hydraulic oil, the leakiness of the hydraulic system, the abrasion and the improper adjustment of the throttle and the weak lubrication of the slideway, will lead to phenomena of the erratic stop time, the appearance of stop for an instant during the no - stopping time and the unregular cycle, these phenomena will influence the improvement of the manufactured components'quallty. Thus, once these phenomena appear, the hydraulic system should be adjust and maintain according to the situation which influence the stabilization in order to insure the normal operation of the workbench of the machine tool.
