摘要
目的利用反相高效液相色谱法测定降脂轻身茶中槲皮素的含量,为降脂轻身茶的质量控制提供依据。方法采用Diamonsil TM(钻石)C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(55∶45∶0.2)流动相,流速为0.9mL/min,检测波长为254nm。结果槲皮素进样量在0.05～1.0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.2%,RSD=1.88%(n=5)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To determine the content of quercetin in Jiangzhi Qingshen tea with RP- HPLC, to provide the evidence for the quality control. Methods Diamonsil TIM （diamond） C,8 column （250 mm×4. 6 ram, 5 μm） was used. Mobile phase was carbinol -water- phosphoric acid （55：45：0. 2）; flow rate was 0. 9 mL/min. Detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results Quercetin presented a good linear relation with the peak area in the range of 0. 05 - 1.0μg. The average recovery rate was 96. 2%, RSD = 1.88% （ n = 5）. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient, accurate and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of Jiangzhi Qingshen tea.
