摘要
采用内容分析法对90名中国现当代成就人物的传记资料进行研究,结果表明意志品质是成就者所共有的最重要的人格特征;此外,不同行业领域的成就者存在特殊的人格特征要求,学术界成就人物更多地表现出认真严谨、爱国奉献的品质,商界成就者更多地表现为善于把握机会,人际关系好,稳健谨慎的人格特征,而文艺界成就者则更多地表现出高天赋的特点;学术界成就者绝大部分受过高等教育,主要出身于文化家庭,商界成就人物大部分学历低,主要出身于商人家庭。受教育程度、家庭出身与成为何领域的成就者存在一定的关系。
The content-analysis of personality of 90 successful people in the fields of academia, literature, and business in China shows that will is their most prominent trait. Besides, different fields may require different personality characteristics. For instance, people in academia show more rigor, devotion and patriotism, those in business are better in grasping opportunities, getting along with others, and acting in a cautious and steady manner, and those in arts and literature are more talented. Academics are mostly college-graduates from educated families, while most successful businesspcople have less education and mainly come from business families. The level of education and birth show certain correspondence with success in all the fields.
