摘要
由于东北地区季节温差较大,试验台随季节发生热胀冷缩,从而产生应力,致使试验台工作时存有安全隐患。通过分析试验台受外载荷(主要指温差引起的)的各种情况,从中得到对结构强度最危险的两种情况,并利用ANSYS软件对其进行具体分析,得到受力最大部位和变形最大部位,为试验台的可靠设计提供依据,同时为尽量减少温差影响给出辅助处理方法。
Taking it into consideration that the influence of temperature difference of season is great in northeast it causes the experimental platform expand and contract, so the stress is produced. It leads to the experimental platform in hidden danger. In order to meet the needs of application under special environment, and improve the reliability of the experimental platform, every condition subjected to outside loads is analyzed (mainly caused by temperature difference). The two conditions for structural intensity are obtained, and also analyzed speeiflcaUy with the software of ANSYS. The results get the largest part of stress and displacement. It supplys the foundation for the reliable design of the experimental flatform. An aided method is introduced to reduce the influence of temperature difference.
