摘要
在机械稳健性优化设计中不确定变量常被假定为服从某种特定分布的随机变量,在随后的优化模型中丢掉了这些不确定变量的初始数据,这种对不确定变量的处理方式往往不能真切地反映不确定变量的本质,使得出的结论偏离事实.为了更加真切地反映这些不确定变量,使用盲数表达机械设计中的不确定变量,运用盲数运算规则表达各不确定变量之间的关系,把盲数理论和稳健设计相结合,建立基于盲数理论的稳健设计优化模型.使用该优化模型对一个气动换向装置进行了优化计算,优化结果好于传统的稳健设计结果.基于盲数的方法是一种离散化的数值计算方法,算例充分展示了其灵活性,证明了该优化方法是合理的和实用的.
In robust optimization mechanical design, uncertainty variables are often assumed to be stochastic variables complying with special distribution and these uncertainty variables' original data are discarded, in the succedent optimization design model. That method cannot often reflect these uncertain variables' essence, consequently a far-from-fact conclusion is obtained. In order to describe these uncertain variables actually, the uncertain variables in mechanical design were expressed in blind number and the relation between variables was expressed in the operation rule of blind number. Combining the blind number theory and the robust design method, a robust optimization design model was built. Using this model in optimization design of an air driving reversing device, the result is better than that from traditional robust design. The method based on blind number is a kind of discrete numerical calculation method, and the example unfurls its flexible fully and proves that this optimization method is reasonable and practicable.
