摘要
研究一种以D-葡萄糖为起始原料,经酰基化、溴代等反应合成葡萄糖基异硫氰酸酯类化合物的新方法,并首次合成了一种新的2,3,4,6-四-O-特戊酰基-β-D-葡萄糖基异硫氰酸酯,产物经质谱、核磁共振谱及红外光谱对其进行了结构表征。糖基异硫氰酸酯是一种重要的医药和有机合成中间体,该类化合物将在合成糖基硫脲类化合物、核苷类似物、杂环化合物、糖多肽等具有潜在药理活性的化合物中具有广阔的应用前景。
A novel method for the synthesis of D-glueopyranosyl isothioeyanate by using D-glucose as the starting material through multi-step reaction has been developed and the 2, 3, 4, 6 - tetra - O - pivaloyl -β - D - glueopyranosyl isothioeyanate is synthesized and characterized by MS, NMR, IR first time. The 2, 3, 4, 6 - tetra - O - pivaloyl - β - D - glucopyranosyl isothioeyanate is an important pharmaceu - tical and organic intermediate which could serve as versatile intermediates for the synthesis of glycusyl derivatives such as thioureas, nucleosides, heteroeyclic compounds, polypeptide, etc..
