摘要
随着我国参与世界经济一体化进程的加快,对高校人才培养也不断提出新要求,高校既往的学生工作理念及模式已不适应新的人才培养战略。本文试就新形势下高校学生工作新理念的一些关键问题进行阐述。
With the acceleration of economic globalization in China,new requirement is requested by the cultivation of human resources in institutions of higher learning.Therefore,old fashioned university students work notion is not suitable for new strategy for developing human resources.This paper probes into certain key problems of new concepts on university students＇work in new situation.
