摘要
分析了活性染料品种、染色浓度、拼色、布面pH值对棉织物耐光色牢度的影响,包括日晒牢度、汗光牢度;探讨了耐光色牢度提升剂对活性染料染浅色织物耐光色牢度的提升作用;研究了多种功能整理,如柔软、防皱、纳米防水防油和提高耐氯牢度整理,对浅色织物耐光色牢度和对耐光色牢度提升剂应用效果的影响。结果表明,不同染料品种的耐光色牢度不同,浅色织物的耐光色牢度通常较深色织物低,拼色光牢度由其中耐光色牢度最差的染料决定;耐光色牢度提升剂对浅色织物耐光色牢度有很大的提升作用,并可与其它功能整理剂同浴整理。
This paper discussed the influence of reactive dye type, dye concentration, mixture of dyestuffs and pH value of fabric on color fastness to the combination of sunlight and perspiration. Effects of various functional finishing on color fastness were discussed, such as softening, wrinkle resistance, Nano-Tex water and oil repellent, and improving the fastness to chlorine. The results showed that color fastness to light was related to reactive dyestuff type and dye concentration. Color fastness to light of fabric in light shade was poorer than that in dark. Light colorfastness of fabric dyed with mixed dyestuffs is generally dependent upon the dye with the poorest light fastness. The promoter to light color fastness, which is compatible with other functional finishing chemicals, can significantly improve light color fastness.
