摘要 目的:探讨有活性的激酶C受体(Rack1)与胚胎着床及蜕膜化的关系。方法:建立大鼠早期妊娠、假孕、延迟着床和人工诱导蜕膜化模型,收集各种模型的子宫材料,利用免疫组化方法检测Rack1在大鼠子宫中的表达。结果:Rack1在妊娠第6~9天的子宫蜕膜上呈强表达;假孕第6~9天和延迟着床的大鼠子宫腔上皮下基质中无明显的免疫信号,而延迟着床激活胚胎周围的腔上皮下基质中有强的免疫信号。蜕膜化子宫中整个蜕膜区呈强的免疫染色信号。结论:Rack1蛋白的表达与胚胎着床及蜕膜化过程密切相关。 Objective: To investigate the relationship of Rackl with embryo implantation and decidualization. Methods: Rat models of early pregnancy, pseudopregnancy, delayed implantation and artificial decidualization were established, and the expression of Rack1 in rat uterus was detected in each model by using immunohistochemistry method. Results: Rack1 protein was strongly expressed in the decidua on the day 6 to 9 of pregnancy. A similar expression pattern was also induced in sub-luminal epithelium stroma when the delayed implantation condition having been terminated, whereas there was no distinct signal in sub-luminal epithelium stroma under the delayed implantation condition or at the day 6 to 9 of pseudopregnancy. Furthermore, Rackl protein was strongly induced in the decidua under artificial decidualization. Conclusion: Rackl is closely related to embryo implantation and decidvalization.
