摘要
油田进入中、高含水期开发阶段,结垢情况日趋严重,从采油井、注水井到各个油水泵站、配水间以及地面的输液管线都存在不同的结垢现象,其中油井结垢尤为突出,严重影响原油产量和油井的检泵周期。通过大量试验,分析了现河采油厂油井结垢的主要类型与形成垢质的主要原因,优选了适合油井结垢防治的主要方法,提出了地面连续加药和吞吐加药相结合的防垢方式,取得了明显效果。
As the oilfield enters moderate-high water cut period, scaling becomes increasingly serious. Various scaling phenomena exist in every part from oil production wells and water injection wells to all oil-water pump stations, water allocating station and fluid transmission line. Among the test, oil well scaling is the most obvious, which affects crude output and oil well service cycle seriously. So we analyze the main types and causes of Xianhe oil wells scaling by means of a great deal of experiments. Then methods suitable for oil well scaling control is optimized and the scaling control pattern of continuous and batch chemical feeding is originally put forward, which gained good results.
