摘要
目的探讨子宫肉瘤的超声图像特点、超声误诊的原因及鉴别诊断。方法分析36例子宫肉瘤患者的超声表现及大体病理表现。结果子宫肉瘤超声表现可分为肌壁间或盆腔单发或多发巨大占位、肌壁间多个占位、宫腔内占位、宫颈病变几种表现,均表现为肿瘤回声紊乱,与肌层界限不清,多数肿瘤周边及其内血流信号丰富,呈高速低阻动脉血流。结论子宫肉瘤超声表现多样,容易误诊,当子宫肿瘤表现为回声紊乱,与肌壁界限不清时。
Objective To assess the diagnostic features of ultrasuond and differential diagnosis of uterine sarcoma. Methods Analysize the echo and general pathology of 36 cases of uterine sarcoma. Results Theecho of uterine sarcoma was found disturbed with no clear separation with that of surrounding tissue of uterine. The resistance of blood flow inside and outside uterine sarcoma was low. Conclusion Disturbed echo and low resistance of blood flow was suggested uterine sarcoma.
