摘要
目的研究维库溴铵对兔心内传导系统的影响。方法选择家兔20只,随机均分为两组,A组维库溴铵0.15mg/kg;B组维库溴铵0.30mg/kg;均30s注完。测定用药前后HR、窦房传导时间(SACT)、最大窦房结恢复时间(SNRTmax)、校正窦房结恢复时间(CSNRT)及窦房结恢复时间指数(SNRTI)、文氏A-V传导频率(WB)、P-R间期、QRS波。结果用药前后两组结果差异均无显著意义。结论0.15mg/kg和0.30mg/kg维库溴铵对兔心内传导系统没有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of vecuronium on rabbit heart conduction system. Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into group A(n=10,vecuronium 0.15 mg/kg) and group B (n = 10, vecuronium 0. 30 mg/kg). Before and after the infusion of vecuronium , heart rate (HR), sinoatrial conduction time(SACT), maximum sinoatrial node recovery time(SNRTmax), correction sinoatrial node recovery time(CSNRT), index of sinoatrial node recovery time(SNRTI), atrial-ventricular Wemckebach bloek(WB), P-R interval and QRS were monitored. Results All recor ded parameters had not significant difference between group A and group B. Conclusion Two doses of vecuronium have no depression effect on the heart conduction system in rabbit.
