摘要
知识经济时代传统的经济管理模式已显得陈旧过时了,新思维、新理念、新模式呼之欲出。正是在这种变革的形势下,女性的价值观、领导风格以及她们特有的那种能力和素质,显示出无可比拟的优势。她们高瞻远瞩,具有远见;思考胜于观察,理性胜于感性,三思而后行;不断进取,勇于创新。女企业家们成功地领导了自己的企业,而且对社会经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献。
The traditional economical management pattern was obsolete during the knowledge- based economy era. The new thought, new idea and new pattern are vividly portrayed. Under such background of reform, the feminine value concept, leadership style and their unique ability and quality show incomparable superiority. They show great foresight, think more than observing, have more ration than sensibility, as well as they are more thinkful. At the same time female entrepreneurs are unceasingly enterprising and dare to innovate. They not only lead their enterprises successfully, but also make tremendous contribution to the development of social economy.
