摘要
目前许多高校都已设立了校级科研基金,但是对其的作用没有加以充分的重视,本文分析了校级科研基金的作用,以及对如何进一步提高其效能的途径进行了分析和探讨。
The research fund has been set up in many colleges and universities,however little attention has been paid on its scientific management. The article analyzes the functions of the research fund and probes into some approaches to make better use of it.
