摘要
论述了采用大型非线性有限元分析软件Marc模拟钢管定减径热轧过程中碰到的若干问题及其解决方法。重点在于解决模型的建立与简化、边界条件的定义、温度场的参数设定、接触定义等方面遇到的实际问题,为研究同类问题提供参考。
The steel tube hot rolling reducing-sizing process is simulated by means of a large-scale and nonlinear finite-element analysis software Marc. Some problems in the simulation and their solvents are dissertated, especially the establishment and simplification of the model, the definition of the boundary condition, the parameters design of the temperature field, the definition of contact and so on, which could provide reference for dealing with the same problems.
