摘要
在总结大量试验数据和CFD计算结果的基础上,探讨分析了叶片进、出水边曲线形状、叶片转轴及轴线位置、叶片轮毂断面凸边、叶栅稠密度沿半径方向的分布等与转轮性能的关系规律,提出转轮设计时这些参数的选取原则及方法。
This paper base on the foundation of the massive tentative data and CFD computed result. Author mainly analyzes the relation of among runner performance and shape of outlet edge and inlet edge of runner blade, position of blade shank, distribution of blade lattice density along the radius, and proposes the selection principles and method of these parameters in the runner design.
